1. Order Types
Valor Carts offers both custom-built vehicles and in-stock (inventory) vehicles. The terms applicable to each order type are outlined below.
2. Custom Orders – Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
All custom vehicles are built to order based on customer specifications.
A deposit is required to initiate production. The deposit becomes non-refundable immediately upon order placement, and no cancellation period applies. Production may begin immediately upon order confirmation.
Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. All custom order sales are final.
By placing a custom order, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
3. In-Stock (Inventory) Vehicles – Payment, Delivery & Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required prior to delivery of any in-stock (inventory) vehicle.
Delivery is typically completed within five (5) to seven (7) business days, subject to scheduling and logistics. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once payment is received, the vehicle is considered sold and removed from available inventory.
All inventory vehicle sales are final and non-refundable.
