Our Commitment
At Valor Carts LLC, we are committed to delivering premium electric vehicles and a seamless ownership experience. The following Terms & Privacy provisions outline the relationship between Valor Carts and you, our customer.
By completing your purchase, you agree to these Terms in full. This agreement represents the complete understanding between you and Valor Carts unless otherwise defined in a signed written contract.
Each vehicle is assigned a unique Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), serving as its official identity throughout ownership.
Orders, Payment & Taxes
All purchases are subject to applicable taxes, title, and registration fees.
1. Orders & Payment Terms
A deposit of $1,000 is required to secure all orders.
For custom orders, the deposit is non-refundable immediately upon order placement, and no cancellation period applies. Production may commence immediately upon order confirmation. Sales are final and non-refundable.
For custom orders, the remaining balance shall be paid as follows:
- 50% of the total purchase price due fourteen (14) days after order placement
- Remaining balance due prior to delivery or release of the vehicle
For in-stock (inventory) vehicles, full payment is required before delivery. Delivery is estimated within five (5) to seven (7) business days, subject to scheduling and logistics. All inventory vehicle sales are final and non-refundable.
Valor Carts reserves the right to delay delivery until full payment has been received.
Payment terms are outlined in your invoice or purchase agreement. Any outstanding balance must be satisfied in accordance with those terms and may not be withheld or offset without prior written approval.
2. Delivery & Risk of Loss (FOB Terms)
All vehicles are sold FOB (Free On Board) Valor Carts facility, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customer-Arranged Shipping:
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser at the time the vehicle is picked up by the purchaser or their designated carrier. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping arrangements, costs, and any claims related to loss or damage during transit.
Valor-Arranged Delivery (Customer-Paid)
If Valor Carts arranges delivery on behalf of the purchaser, such delivery is coordinated as a convenience and billed to the purchaser. Delivery is performed by a third-party, insured carrier.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser upon delivery of the vehicle at the specified destination.
While Valor Carts is not the carrier, we will assist in coordinating delivery and supporting the purchaser in the event of any loss or damage claims with the carrier. Any visible damage must be noted at the time of delivery and reported promptly.
Acceptance of delivery constitutes acknowledgment that the vehicle has been received in satisfactory condition unless otherwise documented at the time of delivery.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
Delivery charges are non-refundable once the vehicle has been released to the carrier.
Please inspect the cart at delivery and note any damage before signing.
Acceptance of delivery confirms that the vehicle has been received in satisfactory condition
3. Production & Delivery Timing
All custom vehicles are built to order. Production timelines are estimates and may be affected by supply chain constraints, component availability, or other factors outside of Valor Carts’ control.
Valor Carts will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays but shall not be liable for delays in production or delivery.
4. Warranty & Proper Use
Warranty coverage is provided separately under the Valor Carts Limited Warranty.
All vehicles must be used in accordance with intended use and applicable laws. Any unauthorized modifications, misuse, or improper maintenance may void warranty coverage.
Valor Carts vehicles are engineered for reliability, performance, and everyday usability. To preserve that experience:
- Vehicles should be operated responsibly and as intended
- Compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations is the responsibility of the owner
- Modifications outside of Valor Carts specifications may impact performance, safety, and compliance
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valor Carts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or business interruption. Responsibility for safe operation remains with the owner. Valor Carts is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper operation, or unauthorized modifications.
Valor Carts’ total liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price of the vehicle.

By placing an order, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
