Coverage You Can Trust

Valor Carts, LLC warrants that your vehicle will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a covered part fails during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no charge.

Key Note: Parts replaced under warranty will not be returned to the customer.

Lithium Battery Warranty

Our lifetime battery warranty provides protection against:

  • Battery capacity degradation below 70% of original capacity
  • Internal electrical faults or short circuits
  • Battery Management System (BMS) failures
  • Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship

If a covered issue occurs, the warranty includes:

  • Up to $2,500 in repair or replacement coverage
  • Up to $125/hour in labor (per approved rate schedule)
  • Repairs performed by Valor Carts or an authorized service center

What is Not Covered

  • Improper Use: Damage from improper storage, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.

  • Unauthorized Work: Any damage resulting from unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.

  • External Factors: Damage, theft, or loss due to accidents, natural disasters, or external events.

  • Wear-and-Tear: Consumables such as light bulbs, fuses, brake pads, glass, and connectors.

  • Cosmetics: Scratches, dents, or paint cracking that does not affect operation.

  • Water Damage: Water-related failures for electronic components.

File a Claim

To receive service, you must provide a valid purchase invoice and contract.

Helpful Tip: If you cannot find your documents, we may be able to determine your start date using the vehicle’s VIN number.
